Complaints Procedure

We strive to ensure that our standards of care and service meet your expectations. If, however, you have reason for complaint, we will try to resolve this promptly.

In the first instance, your complaint (however small) should be made to the Senior Nurse/Carer on duty. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, please contact the Home’s Manager, Mrs Bernie Ross or the Deputy/person in charge on 817867.

If a satisfactory solution is not reached, you may contact
